  I've been to several of the Patty's over the years, but I guess I forgot to review them.
  
  I met a couple of old friends for breakfast and had the normal great breakfast at Patty's.
  
  The one in Tukwila is a franchise, however the food is just as good as those owned by the family.
  
  On this morning I had the corned beef hash.  This is a benchmark meal for my reviews.  The reason for this is lower end restaurants use a ground up corned beef.  This was chopped up corned beef which gives it more flavor.
  
  It came with hash browns and toast (sourdough).
  
  An excellent breakfast!
  
  Service was great.  The staff is friendly and efficient, even when they were nearly full.
  
  This is a great place to eat, plus they are a local small business.
  
  Help promote a top quality local small business like Patty's!

  That has to be the single worst breakfast I've ever had. Front of house staff were all polite and attentive- but the kitchen really let them down.
  
  The $5 "Fruit cup" was old, tasteless melon. The coffee was completely burnt. The bacon was under-cooked (like, health concern undercooked). Dry toast showed up slathered in butter. And how is it possible to mess to a scramble?! The whole breakfast was a complete disappointment.

  I would not eat here again- the food was not very good or well cooked. Apart from the pancakes, prices on the menu were also a little high for the simple no frills breakfast they were serving, most items were about $13.
  
  We ordered an order of the pancakes with eggs & bacon ($11) and an order of the California eggs benedict ($13).
  Pancakes: not fully cooked, centers were cold and doughy. Syrup was very watery. They were huge though!
  Eggs: unseasoned, and overcooked to the point of being almost hard boiled.
  Bacon: My pieces were very thick and tasty and well seasoned. My partner's piece were burnt black on many of the sides and he felt sick after eating.
  California Benedict: fairly good but overcooked, well seasoned.
  Hashbrowns: good, well cooked and seasoned
  Coffee: very good with a nice chocolatey finish.
  
  Service: waitress was very nice and fast with coffee, food, and check. Tables looked very clean, and restaurant was small but cutely decorated.

  Nice little breakfast spot with strip mall parking. Schulte's mess breakfast scramble was good, loaded with ingredients and enough for two people. The vegetables were still crunchy so if you like them soft  you may want to ask for them to grill them a little longer. I will say that the fruit cup left a little to be desired. The child's bear ear pancakes were huge in a hit with my niece! Great service!

  Tried the new breakfast place this morning.
  
  1st impression wasn't good when the staffs are not friendly at all.
  
  Food came out after 25 mins, what a long time when it wasn't that busy at all.
  
  The server and their service plus their attitudes were not professional as well.
  
  Talk about the food, portion was good. But it doesn't come with the quality. 8oz steak was disappointing because the steak was hard, dry and flavorless. Their hashbrowns should have been on the pan for a longer time because it was soggy and raw.
  
  The only good thing we got was the pancake. Which was okay.
  
  Overall we won't come back to this place.
